Scope of this draft

This draft describes the Badge Forge membership service, which is not available yet. This website itself has no accounts, takes no payments, sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties.

Seller and payments

Badge Forge memberships are sold by BADGE FORGE LAB, a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore (UEN 53534251M). When membership sales open, payments will be processed by Stripe for BADGE FORGE LAB (UEN 53534251M), and Badge Forge receipts will show the business name BADGE FORGE LAB and UEN 53534251M. No payment can be made on this website today.

Payments

Payments are non-refundable once Badge Forge access begins. Badge Forge membership is a digital service that is available to use as soon as your payment succeeds.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your account page. Cancelling prevents future renewals but does not refund the current paid period; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Exceptions

Exceptions exist only where a refund is required by law, where you were charged twice or in error (a duplicate or erroneous charge), or where Badge Forge explicitly approves an exceptional correction. To ask for one of these, contact us. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, and when a payment is refunded the membership access for that payment ends.

Disputes

Please contact us before filing a card dispute so we can fix the problem quickly.
