Scope of this draft
This draft describes the Badge Forge membership service, which is not available yet. This website itself has no accounts, takes no payments, sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties.
Seller and payments
Badge Forge memberships are sold by BADGE FORGE LAB, a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore (UEN 53534251M). When membership sales open, payments will be processed by Stripe for BADGE FORGE LAB (UEN 53534251M), and Badge Forge receipts will show the business name BADGE FORGE LAB and UEN 53534251M. No payment can be made on this website today.
1. About Badge Forge
Badge Forge is a web application that helps players plan basketball-game character builds. It provides calculations and recommendations; it does not modify any game, account or save file.
Badge Forge is an independent software tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with any video game publisher, developer, platform holder, sports league, team, or other rights holder. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
3. Membership and payment
Using the forge requires an active paid membership (or complimentary access granted by Badge Forge). Memberships renew automatically at the then-current price for the plan you chose until you cancel. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; Badge Forge does not receive or store your card details.
A Creator Code gives a one-time 25% discount on your first eligible Badge Forge membership purchase, once per Badge Forge user account. Renewals are charged at the normal membership price. Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
5. Your builds
Saved builds are stored for your use. If you create a public share link, anyone with the link can view that build; you can stop sharing at any time. Do not save or share anything unlawful.
6. Creator Program
Creators may earn commission under the programme rules shown in their dashboard. Badge Forge may freeze, adjust or reverse commission for refunds, disputes, fraud or abuse, and may change programme terms for future payments.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to copy the engine, scrape results at scale, share your account, interfere with the service, or use it to harm others.
8. No guarantee
The service is provided as is. Game rules can change without notice, so results may differ from the game. To the extent allowed by law, Badge Forge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
